This home was built by Matthew Kavanagh who also built the Seven Sisters on “Post Card Row at Alamo Square”. Restoration and color design using eight classic color hues and 23 karat gold leaf gilding.

We saved Mrs. Doubtfire! Restoration of severe dry rot and termite damage. New siding and color design using four classic colors.
124 Belvedere Street – Edwardian Style
The surface of this Edwardian was completely restored. Lead paint was removed, down to the redwood. Plaster restoration and color design using eight classic color hues and 23 karat gold leaf gilding
